Return Period

Returns may be requested within 30 days after receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The product is defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product differs significantly from its description.

Returned items should be unused and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods
• Opened personal care or hygiene products
• Clearance and final sale items

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of our decision.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
